Pros
Get to meet many people who also are into fitness, bodybuilding,..taking care of themselves. Also get the chance to make a difference in the lives of many striving to become more fit.
Cons
Company is very anti-employee. NO benefits, lousy salary, employees pay full price on supplements, etc that they purchase at club pro shop. High stress, high pressure on sales, caring for the member is secondary. As expected, very high attrition rate of employees.
