Pros
Great gym with excellent atmosphere, equipment, and members. It was my favorite job I worked at to date. Also everyone is encouraging each other to constantly grow.
Cons
Some minor management issues but nothing too severe. Management has frequent turnover from by experience there. Stupid policies that diminish after nobody follows them.
