Management can really bog down the work experience, but that's nothing new to any job. The management isn't interactive with employees until it's something that directly effects the managers and by that time, it's effected everyone else in the work place. They need better control over their team. & speaking of their "team" they need to ensure that everyone that works there is a part of that team. They need to move as a unit!
