-Women owned and operated small business that values it's rich community -LGBTQ+ friendly -Kind and fun coworkers and upper management -Values work-life balance, very easy to get days off as well as picking up extra shifts -Values employee feedback -Encourages and promotes growth within the company -Tight knit community -Sustainable workload

-Definitely need supplementary income to live alone in the city. $15-16 an hour is not sustainable

They hire some incredible humans that I got to know and become friends with. I also felt good about their mission and I typically had a fun time on the job.

Favoritism was very obvious. Upper upper management was very hands off and didn’t seem to want to get to know the lowly store employees. Absolutely no upwards mobility here for employees.
