In hindsight, I should have taken previous reviews more seriously, as my experience reflected many of the same concerns. The operational structure is highly disorganized, with minimal training and limited leadership support. Management roles are overloaded with operational responsibilities while relying on outdated systems that create inefficiencies. There appeared to be a culture of pressure from regional leadership, which created a fear-based dynamic at the store level and limited open communication. High expectations paired with micromanagement and little recognition contribute to a stressful environment and high turnover. Product quality issues frequently result in customer complaints.
