Pros
The quality of work is excellent at the moment with a culture of high technical integrity and client satisfaction. Generally very little overtime since a culture of work hard at work and work to a high quality first time with little wasted effort.
Cons
Career development prospects reach a ceiling at senior level with little succession planning. Pay is average. Small office so need to be adaptable to dynamic work demands.
