      1. Open door Policy 2. Supportive Management 3. Friendly employees 4. Nice platform to explore new opportunities My Journey has been great with a good team & manager. The workplace is super friendly and supportive. Alot of opportunities for freshers to learn and grow.

      Pros

      Super great place to learn and fresher friendly. Huge scope to grow up the ladder internally People are great, you can actually make friends

      Cons

      Not much benefits other than salary. Timings aren't flexible at all. No WFH policy, you either go to office or take leave and also if you are late to office by 10 min, 0.5 PTO is deducted
