Pros
A passion for Golf. From a Canadian perspective there were no other choice, and its founder created a workplace environment that was high-expectations and fun for staff. Then once under the management of GolfSmith, not only was Employee moral sacrificed, even the customer's service was compromised with a 'walmart' like store with their own proprietary products and the only focus about figures and $$$. Shame of where it had gone.
Cons
- Lack of product selection. Due to focus on 'in-house label' which creates a giant distaste for our customers. - The lack of store morale, due to upper management of situation, not budgeting hours, lack of staff, and in terms filter down to lack of sales, and customer service - No longer care about the employees, it is just work, and numbers.
