      Pros

      Truly authentic leadership & Wendy personifies it, she’s world class. Culture she’s developing is the best I’ve been a part of So many companies talk about their values. Gong walks the talk everyday on theirs Never worked somewhere with so many great people, great at their job & great craic. Product is off the charts. Game changing. You won’t find a better R&D & engineer anywhere!

      Cons

      Stage of growth is not for everyone. No doubt there’s easier places to work for maybe more money/superficial rewards. In the fullness of time, any such rewards will come a distant last place to being part of this rocket ship that transforms sales and other industries

      Amazing company to work at, it's definitely hard work but it's worth it on a sales and monetary perspective.

      You wear a LOT of hats and have a ton of responsibilities.
