Pros

Most everyone I worked with I have stayed in contact with. Small business with lots of great people. It afforded me the chance to move to better experiences.

Cons

I worked HARD. A top seller making more than the required calls a day. I would venture to say I went above and beyond the call of duty for almost a year... despite being cross trained in several different areas and doing far more work than my cohorts (including our team lead) I went months with out a raise; as I watched others with just a month or two in tenure to me receive several raises. I felt unappreciated, and taken advantage of. I worked tirelessly to give exceptional, accurate customer service, while often times others lacked motivation or focus.

Thank you for your work while at the company. I'm glad you made strong acquaintances while at Good Night Medical - as you wrote, there are a lot of great people who work at Good Night Medical. We appreciate our knowledgeable and skilled employees. In 2020, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average tenure for employees in companies providing health services other than hospitals was 3.4 years. More than one quarter of our workforce has been with the company well beyond 3.4 years because we offer good benefits, perks, and an environment that supports one to seek out change and embrace continuous improvement.

Patients and employees are our highest priorities! It's fun to show gratitude toward our employees. When employees are appreciated and provided for they are happier; their attitude carries forward to the patient. WIN-WIN. While it can be challenging to keep up with insurance changes in order to provide for the patient, our representatives work hard to navigate the details and ensure good patient relations.

Pros

Good Night Medical is trying to tackle some difficult challenges that businesses face in this industry, and entrepreneur-based management brings a fast paced open-minded environment that encourages and welcomes new ideas, embraces change, and is continually re-evaluating business practices to find areas for improvement. For someone who likes the atmosphere of a small company trying to thrive in a challenging industry, this is an ideal place to work.

Cons

Conversely, if you are looking for a heads down nine-to-five job and are not comfortable with change, this might not be the most suitable work environment for you.

Good Night Medical does encourage those with an entrepreneurial spirit. Continually bringing forward roadblocks and overcoming and learning from those allows individuals and the company to succeed. We encourage employees to look for, and create ways to improve processes. When they rise to the challenge, they create value and efficiencies which ultimately take care of the customer/patient. We love our passionate, creative, and open-minded employees!!
