- Amazing company culture and friendly atmosphere; there are no egos and you can speak to anyone - Crazy earning potential and uncapped commission (People in the office who are making $60k+ a year as a 22/23 year old) - Great incentives and company trips to celebrate hitting target. - Constant on the job training and access to additional training if desired - Unrivalled progression path into management and directorship
Cons
- Long daily hours - Not a job for people who want to do the bare minimum and pick up a basic wage
