      - 8 am - 5 pm schedule. - 15-minute breaks - Safety bonus check

      Cons

      - Management has higher expectations than what you get paid. - Corporate daily/weekly budget expectations don't meet up with donations. - Pay needs to be increased. - Donations can be really dirty.

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
