Pros
You can take leave of absences when you need them. Mind you however they are unpaid.
Cons
High turnover rate and no advancement of low level employees. We get 10 min breaks for 6hr work days Im not sure if thats even legal. A yearly raise of 2 cent now its been cut to 1 cent. Uniforms are a joke and weekly schedules are random. They expect you to save the world and don't give you the help or training to succeed. Only care about sales and this overall company is a joke.
