Pros
The discount, decent vacation and sick time. Recycling to improve the environment. Affordable items for customers who might otherwise struggle to provide for their families.
Cons
Absolutely no consistency in personnel, directives, horrible working conditions, no promotions from with-in, total bedlam and confusion. No encouragement, only threats and "big brother is watching" attitude. So sad as the concept of employing the disabled is a good one- just poorly executed here. The customers are mostly crooks.
