Pros
Goodwill is all about helping people find jobs. Their career centers are a great community resource. You can really see how they use donations to help put people to work/ employment. It's a wonderful philosophy.
Cons
Even with this amazing company, and the amazing implementation of community resources, sometimes just the average pay isn't so great... Although, it's not about the money... You do need it to live. Pay could be bit better...
