      Pros

      The employee discount was great but there was never another Manager on duty to ring up my items. So it did me NO good.

      Cons

      Salary based employees are expected to work 20 to 30 hours overtime a week with no compensation. Upper management was never available to cover a shift so that I could have a day off., even when I requested weeks in advance. They still wouldn't help out. No day off for weeks at a time!

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
