Cons
FMLA and other accomodations are difficult to get approved because management are hypocritical about supporting disabilities. There is a lot of personal HIPPA violations against the employees, violations of privacy and disabilities discriminations. Privately poll the employees and exemployees (those who resigned for mental wellness).
