      Pros

      There is some ability to control your income and hours. Additionally, you have the option to work from home - sometimes.

      Cons

      The company executives are great. I believe they truly care about their employees. HOWEVER, there is a disconnect between the executive team and the people at the bottom of the hierarchy. The result is the people in the middle of the hierarchy control the narrative provided to the executive team.
