      Pros

      Many good people who work hard. Pay is decent for a company of 800.

      Cons

      Leadership team is self-promoting. No opportunities for advancement for managers. Workforce is not appreciated. No stability if you are going to have a job from one quarter to the next as there have been numerous layoffs, firings, and reorganizations without notice.

      Pros

      Salary 20-30k higher than local manufacturing companies. Benefits are close to 98% covered by the company. New Occupational Health Physicians on site to track and monitor exposures and fitness for duty which shows they care about the health and safety of their employees. Tuition Reimbursement Company prefers to promote from within

      Cons

      Required to wear a respirator (Not easy in the Florida Heat) and required to participate in monthly blood draws (Not easy if you are not a fan of needles)
