      Dedicated to being a tech company, putting engineering first (both personnel and stack). Clear objectives from interviews, scrum meetings, quarterly meetings, etc.

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
