      Pros

      The people are great. Hours are usually pretty flexible. Wellness days can be used for family illnesses. Room to move around in the company. Non-unionized warehouse workers & drivers.

      Cons

      Canadian divisions are considered second class citizens. They really want you to "drink the kool-aid". Pay is below industry standard. Problems with unions trying to get into the warehouse.
