      Occasionally can be relaxed to place to work for

      - The higher management/CEO will openly treat employees like they aren't important to them, and a cog in the machine. Also can be infantilising. - False promises to encourage people to stay longer - Delayed raises to rinse people as much as possible - Repetitive work with no meaning
