I was just a Customer Experience Specialist before but I was promoted to Manager in a short time so I’m really thankful to GovSpend for this career milestone. This is proof that the company promotes from within. I like that now, I am trusted to lead a team and that helps a lot in both my personal and professional development. Benefits are complete (health, insurance, etc. The company even pays for our gym membership. That’s how concerned they are and sees to it that employees are fit. Customer interface is rather complex. There are so many things to look out for. But that is true for any other job.
