      High Energy environment. Great experienced people to work with. Culture and Value are well defined. Really Good Appraisal Programs and Employee satisfaction plans. Decent Hike rates for the last 3 years. Quality and hands on Experienced team from Ops& HR to the CTO Level. Management is always an Open window for the employees.

      Nothing seen as of now as I look forward the best in them than the negatives bcoz they create " Values "
