Great experience, get to help out in a lot of different areas, help with events. Meet some great people, good networking possibilities, ability to travel with the parent company.
Cons
Can be very long hours, its a short season in the summer so it is jam packed with events and special occasions. Managers can be a revolving door from season to season, sometimes even during the season there is a lot of turnover. Traveling is not as easy as the company makes it seem. You will have to be open to a possible down grade in position or pay to work at another property.
