      1) COS Ashok is very supportive and always encourages growth and learning opportunities 2) Smooth and well-organized onboarding process 3) Supportive HR team, especially Ranjit Boda, who made everything easy and clear Friendly and welcoming environment on Day 1 4) Special thanks to Raghava from Operations for the warm welcome, goodies, and amazing lunch 5) Joining kit and food were thoughtful touches that made the day even better.

      Pros

      As someone who’s been here a while at GrabOn, I can say they truly support your growth. Great pay, fair raises, unlimited WFH (you earn it with your seniority in the company) and the 4-year Health Hackathon + YLP (Young Leadership Program) have helped me and many colleagues. They’re pushing everyone to be AI-ready and reward innovation big time. Feels like a long-term partnership.

      Cons

      There is a 10AM login time cutoff. While its the standard practice everywhere, with the growing Hyderabad traffic, I wish the login time is extended little.
