Pros

There are a lot of wonderful people that work here at Grace. Owners seem to truly care about us. They have optional company devotions on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, which are super encouraging. Incredible breakroom and patio space for employees. They have fun events for employees occasionally too. Overall, great place to work each day.

Cons

As with any company, communication could always be better. They did start a texting platform with employees, that has certainly helped. But more plant wide meetings would be nice.

Pros

Solid privately-held company with strong leadership. Been in business for 50 years. They truly seem to care about their people. Offer great benefits and occasional fun team building activities. Collaborative atmosphere with great staff.

Cons

No company is perfect. Still have stressful days at times and you always have folks with personality differences. But overall, the positive greatly outweighs any negative.

Cons

LOW PAY!! No opportunity for advancement. There are definitely those that get special treatment. Everyone isn't treated the same.
