Pros

The paid time off is terrific as well as being able to work remotely

Cons

The pay is horrible. Way below what it should be although I’ve currently found out that newer employees are making more than the employees who have stuck through hard times. Providers are dropping like flies. Everything seems to be kept a secret from staff and there is zero transparency. Office staff completes all paperwork, orders and referrals for the providers leaving them only needing to see the patients and then telling staff what to do regarding everything else. Not a great feeling knowing they are paid so highly while their staff does most of their work. Favoritism is definitely shown here and staff is very under appreciated

Pros

Steady Paycheck with never ending workload

Cons

Initially attracted to this company because of their stated Christian values, however my experience as both an employee and hearing from the customer prospective have been disappointing as multiple examples of how this company contradicts their stated values so they either need to change their ways and return to their Christian base or change their name and focus so everyone knows what their true interests are. MA's are treated with more respect than providers Patients are adjusted every few months, have to see other provider's patients as never enough help No true work life balance as have "bucket" full of never ending customer call in wants/requests plus charting
