Pros
GradSpecs is a small company so it allows every employee to have a larger roll in its operation. There is much opportunity to learn and grow to fill the knowledge gaps where it is needed. As an entrepreneurial person I liked having the freedom to feel like a big player in the company.
Cons
GradSpecs is a new company so management of the developers is a little loose. This leads to poor communication and planning of projects and project deadlines.
