My workload and stress level are certainly manageable. I've been learning new things as long as I've worked here, and we routinely try new methods and tools to grow the company and improve our services. The challenge of competing in a dynamic SAAS market keeps our work engaging, and I enjoy being part of a dedicated team.

Being a small company, we are not quite at the same level as large, public companies in our industry. Although we are working hard to get there, we are not yet at the same budget level as those larger competitors.
