Every now and then you get to see one of the lazy workers get let go.
Cons
Management is a petty, pedantic mess. Low compensation, mediocre benefits and understaffed. Extremely tactical instead of strategic in its vision and execution. The CEO insulates himself by using hatchet men so everyone still loves him.
