Pros
Graham hires people for their "fit" into their corporate culture. If you like wearing jeans to work, then Graham might hire you! If you forget to shave or prefer a beard, then Graham will hire you. If you know nothing about finance but possess a can-do attitude and a desire to learn, then you will find yourself right at home among the Graham employees.
Cons
Graham hires people who have no industry experience or left investment banks because of regulatory changes or other similar reasons. Numerous have turned down their offers and Graham is left with opinionated management with mediocre to poor results compared to institutional hedge fund reports.
