I can't think of anything if I'm honest other than a M&S voucher at Christmas.
Cons
Head Office is in Belfast and take no interest in staff in England letting managers that have no clue run contracts into the ground. When you have a real serious issue with a manager you get no help from HR in Belfast, from bullying and harassment forcing staff to leave.
