Pros
Cant say enough good things about my experience at GrandView. Checked ALL the boxes. Great equipment, Great Work-Ethic, Great customers and clients, Great....everything. But most of all, GREAT people....at all levels....all the time. Ive been around a long LONG time and have worked in countless environments. NEVER have I had a more welcoming, more supportive, more encouraging and more rewarding experience than my time with GrandView...simply amazing. Not blowing smoke. I dont work there anymore.
Cons
The biggest con from my experience at GrandView is that it is VERY unlikely that I will ever encounter an environment like this at any future employer....I can certainly hope.
