Good learning experience - Anonymous employee Grandlite Employee Review

I really don't have anything positive top say about this place but I will say there were some pretty nice people to work with. Lunch is an hour.

Complete lack of communication with sales and the warehouse, warehouse management is seriously lacking, out dated methods of inventory, negativity and back stabbing are common. I called OSHA other the warehouse conditions

The only thing I enjoyed was working with my co workers.

Managers were terrible at there jobs. Our projects were always late due to unorganized managers. Managers did not like employers take vacations because it will affect the company performance. There is no internal advancement in the job. You will be stuck there for a long time without raises.
