Pros

Health insurance plan is pretty good

Cons

Return to office mandate announced but with little information shared about the policy right before the holidays. Going on year three of a new annual review process that's still not completely clear on how career growth and promotions fold into it.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to highlight both the positives and areas where we can improve. We’re glad to hear that our health insurance plan meets your expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the return-to-office mandate and the timing of the announcement. Our goal is always to communicate policies clearly and in advance, and we recognize that we fell short in this instance. We are actively working to provide more detailed information and resources to managers so they can better support their teams. Regarding the annual review process, we acknowledge that clarity around career growth and promotions is critical. We are continuing to refine this process and will prioritize transparent communication to ensure employees understand how performance evaluations align with development opportunities. Your advice about empowering managers and improving transparency is invaluable. We’re committed to making these improvements and appreciate your candid input as we strive to create a better experience for all employees.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
