Pros

Great people, free gym if you enjoy working out with coworkers. Nice cafe, free parking.

Cons

RTW five days was implemented this month with a 5+ page policy with every situational question one could muster including when there is dangerous weather, no exceptions are being made. Broad Micro management of everyone by leadership instead of empowering supervisors to hold under performing individuals accountable. No one is happy to be in the office 5 days a week. No one feels trusted. Everyone knows we are being tracked and no one knows how it works when so many travel and attend industry events. No flexibility with hours. Must work 8-5 and take your lunch 12-1.

Creating a workplace where people feel connected and supported remains important to us, and we appreciate knowing that these aspects have been meaningful for you. We also recognize and take seriously the concerns you’ve raised regarding the recent return‑to‑work policy, scheduling structure, and expectations around in‑office presence. Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
