Pros

• Entry level job after college • Coworkers are friendly and helpful

Cons

Where do I start? • Management is awful except for couple the likes of Rose M and Jeff P. • There are serious differences amongst teams in Offer Management, some can wfh the entire week if they like and others will need to get permission for the 2 days offered by the company. • There is no such thing as diversity. In a department of 100, there are about 10 or less people of color and about 12 or 15 Women including management. No person of color in Management. • Compensation is terrible, for a company based in one of the most expensive cities in US. • You are a slave to Sales, they run the company. They can get you fired, no matter what the management might promise you. Sales throw tantrums like children wanting more candy. • Bonus will be 60% of what you might expect when hired. • Turnover rate high, so expect to lose your lovely coworkers before you get to know them well.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
