The Problem is not the Orlando office, it's the people in Quincy, C-Suites to the mid Managers. But here's the truth.
First off, yes, you WILL be doing inbound calls, A LOT
1. They are 100% removing WFH within a year, it used to be two days, it WILL be office only soon.
2. Outside of the Broadband, you will be half-trained and they will antagonize you, versus try to help you.
3. The NetOps Managers throw Analysts under the bus to protect themselves A LOT and will make up things about your work , not all of them do this, however.
4. They will blame vendor problems on you. If x vendor won't dispatch, it's your fault.
5. The standard way to do tickets they pick and choose who it applies for.
6. Overtime seems nice here but they get jaded if you do it too much
7. They do NOT like compensating for certs. 6 month clause.
8. This is a company that 100% is trying to be one of those toxic Fortune 1000companies, w/o the pay
9. Very disorganized, they blame you for not "asking" when for specific tools/locations are only for specific clients
10. Yes, they will also set you up to fail at times if they don't like you. Things such as they will say you aren't working when you're from home but I heard someone was terminated because they claimed they didn't work, but they don't consider working from your own computer, which they install a VPN on, working.
11. Upper management 100% lies to clients but remember your name is on tickets, so company problems of them lying = your fault. Overpromising.
This company is a mess to work for, if you want to be bullied for a year and need the experience, that's it. RUN.
