It is dynamic and it is growing in international projects. Possibility to have contact with energy companies around the word.
Cons
No benefits for the workers. Very low salaries in relation with the responsibility and the number of hours per month. Relatives and friends of the heads get better treat and quicker improvements in their contracts.
