Pros
No dead cats in the pilot house and you don't have the clean anything.
Cons
This is a company struggling to survive. They don't fix their planes when they go in for Maintance so they are broken when it's time to make money. Pay checks bounce, they don't pay the fuel bill so there is no fuel for the planes.
