Pros

It has a lot to offer in terms of work flexibility, how to run and manage a business, and perhaps challenging your own intellect to make things better. And yes they do have free lunches, you can work from home if you feel like it and you can show up at work looking like a complete mess and people will respect you for that. Good banter sesh and everyone is just generally pleasant to work with.

Cons

A complete and utter joker scene. Full of pikes, biased management and just so backwards. Extreme focus on culture and tries too hard to be like Facebook and Google when the company doesn't have the money to invest in this type of thing. No career progression. By the way the lunches are gross – the company is too frugal which I don’t understand why they are bragging so much about this. The working from home thing, it’s one of those things where “sure you can work from home, its fine”…but…NOT REALLY…so you don’t do it. The founder are greedy, greedy with money don’t let them fool you.
