      Pros

      - Great work environment - Dog-friendly office - Fantastic work and life balance - Great learning environment - Some great people - Generous management team - Great future

      Cons

      - Relatively poor compensation compared to other SF/ Bay Area tech companies of similar size - No stock option after the acquisition - Need a tighter relationship across offices (IA, IL, CA) - Not hiring junior engineers in CA... not sure why

      Pros

      The pros are that the people you work with on a day-to-day basis are incredible, caring, positive, and will do their best to motivate you in any way.

      Cons

      The cons were that leadership was difficult to pin down, change management with M&A made things impossible to predict, and expectations were not clearly stated.
