It has just been 2 weeks since I have been working over here and things have gone completely haywire. The management and the working system is absolutely flawed. The seniors lack managerial skills and do not know how to talk to their juniors and only know how to threaten them with something or the other. They act as if they own the company. New joinees are treated as servants and abusive language is very common here. Now talking about the COO Shradha Agarwal, she expects everyone to work like her 24*7 forgetting the fact that everyone has a personal life and always support her abusive employees even if the complaint has been escalated by a woman. If you are hired for a certain position then please 'DON'T FALL IN THE TRAP', you are expected to know everything. For instance I was hired for the role of social media, and these people expected me to do copy writing, graphic designing and client servicing as well and my thoughts about this agency are perpeptual. To cut the long story short, there is nothing good about this agency and even if this is the last job left in your plate then I would suggest you to starve rather than take this up and die.
