Pros
Pay is average to above average that is if you are coming off the street. Benefits are pretty decent. Working environment is fair. Most management are good to work for. Forward thinking....leaders in the market.
Cons
Have to deal with Union. If you promote within the company, they try to cap how much you can increase your salary. Micromanagement abounds in this company. It is getting better though. All pretty small stuff.
