Pros

There was nothing good about working with this company

Cons

Managers would break labor laws by interrupting your break when they couldn’t find the other operator that was hiding in the bathroom instead of being on the production floor. Managers would yell and belittle employees and when you complained about them to HR, upper management would take their side. No work-life balance. You work 64hrs a week with no days off.

- Toxic work environment - No work/life balance - Overtime/weekends expected - Overtime “available” (required) - Unofficial company motto is “Do whatever it takes” - Not eligible for annual bonuses (Hourly Workers) - Hourly pay increase based on standard increase of role company wide, not based on individual performance (Hourly Workers) - No annual performance review to document employee success (Hourly Workers) - Annual pay increase not guaranteed - No incentive to improve individual performance - Vacation days don’t roll over into new year - Requested vacation days may be denied even though they don't roll over into following year - High employee turnover (especially warehouse employees) - Employees undervalued - Disorganized management - Lack of communication from upper management - Poor overall benefits - High health insurance premiums/deductibles - May renege visa sponsorship without reason - No end of year holiday bonus, just a free Turkey/Ham
