Pros
In the last 3-4 years things have completely changed for the better. It is a remote work schedule for those whose work allows it. You are not forced to come into the office unless your job requires it or there are things you need to do in the office. The work is still getting done, and people are much happier. It feels like you can have a life outside of work and be trusted that the work is getting done. If anything we get more work done now than ever. It is finally the type of company it should have been. People are happy, the work is getting done, and people come in because they want to not because they are being forced to come in and sit at their seat. Managers manage their team how it works for them to get work done and still have people feel appreciated and happy.
Cons
They are slowly making updates in the office little by little as it’s outdated in some areas.
