Pros
Good opportunities for internal development and progression if you are proactive. Good working atmosphere although things have been tough recently, there are some people who have been here 20+ years. Benefits are good.
Cons
Poor internal comms sometimes leads to rumour mill whirling! Employees split across offices. Recent change in management wasn't handled well (again, poor comms) but is settling now.
