Good compensation and opportunity to work with many different teams
Cons
They are so focused on delivering results they forget to consider what this means for their employees and if results are even achievable. Work hard only to be told we need to do more to cut costs. You are fighting a loosing battle. Maybe under new ownership things have changed.
