Cons
This is a "family owned" company that will try to make you believe they care about their employees. The truth is, they only care about their own family and profit for themselves. Most of the upper management positions are filled by the family members. Benefits are awful, taking time off is frowned upon, and expected working hours are longer than you are told. Salary positions should offer give and take with time, but it is mostly all take by this employer. The environment is very unprofessional, especially toward women. Questionable business practices, and that is putting it politely. Overall, not a good place to work and terrible people to work for. The good reviews here are fake and posted by current employees.
